A REAL PLEASURE!! First, their website was easy to navigate, provided pictures that accurately dipicted each jump castle, and pricing was clearly displayed. Second, we were contacted by phone promptly after submitting our request to arrange delivery details. Third, Charleston Jump Castles arrived on time with a jump castle in excellent shape. They were courteous and professional. All the kids at the party had so much fun! They were exhausted by the time they left. It seemed like a large investment at first, but it was so worth all the fun! We’ll be using Charleston Jump Castle for the next party!
I have rented several different jump castles from Charleston Jump Castles over the last year. The staff is very knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. They have always arrived on time and set up very quickly. I love that there is a variety of different castles to choose from- from young children parties to adult parties. The castles are always very well maintained and clean. The children and adults always have so much fun and all go home with smiles on their faces!! I will definitely be in touch for our next event!!
Lambs Elementary School recently rented a jump castle for our Fall Festival. The castle was such a hit! The students did not want to get out of it because it was so much fun for them! The castle was extremely clean and ready for us to use. The staff member that delivered it was very friendly and on time. Even the parents of our students commented on how nice it was to have a jump castle at our event. We look forward to working with this company again because they were so easy to do business with.
