Delivery and setup at a glance

Standard delivery
The standard delivery window is 8:00 a.m.–noon. Most deliveries occur between 9:00 and 11:00 a.m.
We bring
Extension cords, stakes, and protective tarps needed for normal setup.
Water rentals
The customer provides all water hoses needed for the rental.
Overnight option
No extra charge with a private, secure setup space. Pickup is after 8:00 a.m. the following morning.

Setting up on a hard surface?
Select the appropriate setup surface when ordering. For hard-surface setups, Charleston Jump Castles will bring the sandbags needed for setup.
