Charleston Jump Castles has been serving families, schools, churches, businesses, and community events in the Charleston, South Carolina area since 2007.
With nearly 20 years of local experience, we understand Lowcountry events, Charleston weather, setup needs, and the importance of dependable service on event day.
Are your rentals clean?
Yes. All of our rental units are thoroughly cleaned, disinfected, and inspected after each rental. We want every child and guest to enjoy a clean, well-maintained, and safe inflatable.
Are your inflatables safe?
Yes. Safety is our top priority. Our inflatable units are made from lead-free vinyl and are maintained with safety and cleanliness in mind.
What types of parties and events do you provide rentals for?
Charleston Jump Castles provides rentals for all kinds of parties, events, and celebrations, including birthday parties, church festivals, school events, corporate events, company picnics, charity events, grand openings, family reunions, Vacation Bible School events, summer camps, and more.
What should I know about delivery and setup?
Delivery timing
Our standard delivery window is 8:00 a.m.–noon, with most deliveries taking place between 9:00 and 11:00 a.m.
What our crew brings
For a normal setup, our crew brings protective tarps, stakes, the inflatable blower, and extension cords.
What the customer provides
The customer provides access to one power outlet; some inflatables require two outlets. For water rentals, the customer also provides all water hoses needed to reach and operate the rental.
Hard-surface setups
Select the appropriate setup surface when ordering. For an approved hard-surface setup, we will bring sandbags and a protective pad to place in front of the inflatable. We do not set up water slides on pavement.
Generators
If a power source is not available, generators are available to rent and come with a full tank of gas.
Overnight rentals
Overnight rentals are available at no extra charge when the setup area is private and secure. Pickup is after 8:00 a.m. the following morning.
What happens if rain is in the forecast?
Charleston weather is predictably unpredictable — the 24–48 hour forecast is usually the most accurate for event-day planning.
Rain Forecasts (Common)
Passing showers are normal in Charleston. In general, if the forecast shows a 70% chance or less of passing showers, we typically plan to deliver as scheduled. We recommend reading beyond the “chance of rain” percentage to see whether it’s passing showers versus steady rain.
Can you set up inflatables if it is windy?
Wind Forecasts (Safety Priority)
For safety, inflatables cannot be set up if sustained winds are too high. We also consider wind gusts and overall conditions at the setup location. Prior to delivery, we monitor wind and gust forecasts closely.
What happens if Charleston Jump Castles cannot set up because of unsafe wind?
If we are unable to set up due to unsafe wind conditions, there is no charge and we will work with you to reschedule.
What happens in severe weather?
Severe Weather (Rare)
In cases of severe weather (high winds, excessive rain, tropical storm, or hurricane conditions), Charleston Jump Castles may need to cancel or reschedule. Safety is always our top priority, and we rely on trusted weather sources when making these decisions.
Can I cancel or reschedule because of weather?
Reschedule / Cancellation Policy
You may reschedule, cancel, or continue as planned up until we set up.
If you cancel due to weather before setup, there is no charge.
Once the inflatable is set up and delivered, the full amount is charged — even if it rains during your event.
Events with more than one rental require 24 hours notice to reschedule or receive a refund.
